RAINGAIA HEALTH is a service of RAINGAIA LLC ("RAINGAIA HEALTH," "we," "us"), a Florida-registered company providing independent patient access facilitation and coordination services for international patients seeking advanced treatment or clinical trial access in the United States.
Our services are administrative and logistical in nature. We identify potentially suitable U.S. clinical trials and treatment centers, review and organize medical records, prepare and submit applications, and coordinate appointments, evaluations, and travel. We do not practice medicine, provide medical advice or diagnosis, or make treatment decisions. All clinical decisions are made exclusively by licensed physicians at the receiving institution.
Submitting a case, paying the evaluation fee, or engaging our facilitation services does not guarantee acceptance into any clinical trial or treatment program. Acceptance decisions are made solely by the receiving hospital, research center, or trial sponsor.
Our fee structure is described on our Fees page and confirmed with you individually before any payment is requested. The evaluation and application fee is non-refundable. RAINGAIA HEALTH does not accept referral fees, commissions, or compensation of any kind from hospitals, trial sites, or medical institutions in connection with patient referrals — our fees are paid exclusively by the patients we serve. We may separately receive referral fees from independent, non-medical service providers we refer you to (such as immigration attorneys, translators, or travel agencies); this is disclosed and unrelated to any clinical recommendation.
RAINGAIA HEALTH does not sell, distribute, export, or ship medications, and does not provide medical treatment. We are not a licensed broker, insurance agent, or immigration attorney; where immigration or visa matters arise, you are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice as needed.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your case, diagnosis, and medical history to the best of your knowledge, and to inform us promptly of any material changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAINGAIA HEALTH is not liable for the clinical decisions, treatment outcomes, or acceptance decisions of any third-party hospital, trial site, or medical provider. Our liability for our own coordination services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
