RAINGAIA HEALTH connects patients with rare, serious, and complex diagnoses to advanced therapies and clinical trials at U.S. hospitals and research centers — with independent case review and full coordination support, wherever you are.
For rare, progressive, or advanced disease, the most relevant clinical trial or therapy is frequently concentrated in the United States — and simply unreachable without the right guidance.
Advanced or investigational treatments, including gene therapies, are often available only through U.S. centers and trial sites — with no equivalent at home.
Medical records arrive in another language and format than what U.S. institutions require, slowing every step before care even begins.
Thousands of active U.S. trials exist for serious conditions — finding the one that matches a specific diagnosis and eligibility profile is its own specialty.
Coordinating evaluations, accommodation, and an ongoing line of communication with a U.S. medical team is a full-time task most families can't take on alone.
You share your diagnosis, medical history, and records. Our clinical research team reviews the case to understand what U.S. options may be relevant.
We verify eligibility, active enrollment status, and physician credentials before presenting a match — and explain the realistic options honestly, including when no genuine match exists.
We prepare and submit your application, organize your medical records, and coordinate appointments and evaluations with the receiving institution.
If accepted, we coordinate accommodation and each step of the hospital process in the U.S. Visa document organization is included; visa legal representation is not — we refer you to independent immigration counsel for that.
Every service below is administrative and logistical. Clinical decisions are always made by licensed physicians at the receiving institution.
We do not refer patients to whichever institution is easiest to reach. Every match passes three checks:
If no genuine match exists for your case, we tell you plainly rather than proceeding with a poor fit.
We research active U.S. trials and specialized centers relevant to your diagnosis, including rare and genetic conditions with limited global treatment options.
Your records are reviewed, translated where needed, and organized into the format U.S. institutions require for evaluation.
We prepare and submit applications to hospitals and trial sites on your behalf, tracking every step of the process.
We schedule required medical evaluations and consultations, aligning timelines between you and the receiving center.
Once you're in the U.S., we coordinate accommodation logistics and each step of the hospital's intake process. Visa legal representation is outside our scope — we recommend independent immigration counsel for that.
A consistent point of contact between you or your family and the U.S. medical team for the duration of your case.
Not every situation needs full coordination from day one — from a single specialist opinion to an ongoing institutional partnership.
An independent written or video opinion on your existing diagnosis and treatment plan.
Your records translated and organized into the format U.S. institutions require.
Continuous coordination for one predictable fee, for progressive or rare conditions.
Coordinated access to U.S. laboratories and diagnostic programs for undiagnosed cases.
A single structured partnership that opens U.S. treatment and clinical trial access for an entire member or employee population.
Including inherited conditions such as Usher syndrome, where specialized trials and therapies are concentrated in a small number of U.S. centers.
Conditions where the majority of active, relevant trials are registered and run within the United States.
Cases where standard treatment options at home are limited, exhausted, or unavailable, and further options require specialist review.
Emerging therapies, including gene and cell-based treatments, approved or trialed primarily within U.S. institutions.
Patients seeking an independent, specialized U.S. clinical opinion before committing to a treatment path at home.
Complex presentations without a clear diagnosis, where access to specialized U.S. diagnostic programs may provide answers.
Charged at the start of your case for clinical research, trial/center identification, and initial application preparation. Non-refundable, and does not guarantee acceptance into any program.
Payable if you are accepted into a trial or treatment program and choose to proceed with full coordination.
For patients who want continued communication support with their U.S. medical team throughout an extended course of treatment.
RAINGAIA HEALTH does not accept referral fees, commissions, or any form of compensation from hospitals, trial sites, or medical institutions. Our fees are paid exclusively by the patients we serve.
RAINGAIA HEALTH is a service of RAINGAIA LLC, a Florida-registered company. We act as a professional bridge between international patients and U.S. hospitals, research centers, and clinical trial sites — never by selling medicines or providing medical treatment ourselves.
Every clinical trial or treatment center we present has passed three checks: eligibility fit, active enrollment status, and verified physician/institution credentials. If a case doesn't have a genuine match, we say so.
Our coordination covers accommodation logistics and the hospital's intake/follow-up process. For medical visas, we help organize documentation — visa legal representation is outside our scope; we refer patients to independent immigration counsel.
Every case is reviewed individually. There is no obligation to proceed after your initial evaluation, and your information is kept confidential.
Submitting a case takes a few minutes. Our clinical research team responds within 2–3 business days.
