We prepare and submit your application, organize your medical records, and coordinate appointments and evaluations with the receiving institution.
If accepted, we coordinate accommodation and each step of the hospital process in the U.S., and remain the communication link between you and your medical team throughout care. Visa document organization is included; visa legal representation is not — we refer you to independent immigration counsel for that.
You complete our intake form with your diagnosis, relevant medical history, and any records you can share. A member of our clinical research team reviews the case to form an initial view of what U.S. options may be relevant — this stage is included in the evaluation fee.
We cross-check active clinical trials and specialized treatment centers against your diagnosis and eligibility profile, verify current enrollment status and physician credentials, and present the realistic options along with what each would involve. We do not refer you to a partner institution simply because it is convenient for us.
Once you choose to proceed, we organize your medical records into the format the receiving institution requires, prepare the application, and coordinate required evaluations and appointments on your behalf.
If you are accepted, we coordinate accommodation logistics and each stage of the hospital's intake and follow-up process in the U.S., and help organize the documentation your visa application requires. Visa legal representation itself is outside our scope — we recommend independent immigration counsel for that step. We remain your point of contact with the U.S. medical team for as long as you need coordination support.
It varies by case complexity and by how quickly a genuine match exists, but as a general shape: Stage 1 (case review) typically takes 2–3 business days, Stage 2 (matching) can take anywhere from days to a few weeks depending on how specialized your case is, and Stage 3–4 (application through to travel) depends on the receiving institution's own scheduling. We give you a realistic timeline estimate once we know what we're working with — not before.
We tell you directly. Not every case has a genuine match at a given point in time — trial enrollment opens and closes, and eligibility criteria are specific. If nothing fits today, we'll say so rather than pushing you toward a poor-fit option, and where relevant we'll note whether re-checking later might be worthwhile.
No formal referral is required to begin a case review. That said, existing records, imaging, and your treating doctor's notes are genuinely useful — the more complete the picture we start with, the faster and more accurate Stage 1 and Stage 2 can be.
Yes. Submitting a case and paying the evaluation fee covers Stage 1 review and matching — it does not obligate you to proceed with application or coordination. Many patients use this stage on its own, simply to understand what options genuinely exist.
Acceptance decisions belong entirely to the receiving hospital or trial sponsor — we don't control or influence them. If you aren't accepted, we discuss why where that information is available, and whether another trial, center, or approach might be a better fit for your case.
