We prepare and submit applications to hospitals and trial sites on your behalf, tracking every step of the process.
We schedule required medical evaluations and consultations, aligning timelines between you and the receiving center.
Once you're in the U.S., we coordinate accommodation logistics and each step of the hospital's intake process — check-in, appointments, and follow-up scheduling. For medical visa applications, we help organize supporting documentation, but visa legal representation is outside our scope — we recommend independent immigration counsel for that step.
