Company

An independent bridge to U.S. medicine.

RAINGAIA HEALTH is a service of RAINGAIA LLC, a Florida-registered company. We act as a professional bridge between international patients and U.S. hospitals, research centers, and clinical trial sites.

Our positioning

Patients in many countries face major barriers when the best available treatment or clinical trial is located in the United States — limited local access to cutting-edge therapies, language and documentation obstacles, and the complexity of navigating an unfamiliar healthcare system from abroad. RAINGAIA HEALTH exists to close that gap through specialized access facilitation and coordination — never by selling medicines or providing medical treatment ourselves.

Geographic scope

We serve patients from any country who need access to U.S.-based advanced treatments or clinical trials, with particular focus on rare genetic diseases and complex conditions where the most relevant options are concentrated in a small number of U.S. institutions.

How we research a match

Every clinical trial or treatment center we present has passed three checks: the eligibility criteria genuinely fit your diagnosis and stage, the trial or program is actively enrolling, and the treating specialist's credentials and the institution's standing have been verified. If a case doesn't have a genuine match, we say so rather than proceeding anyway.

Where our role ends, in the U.S.

Once you're in the United States, our coordination covers accommodation logistics and the hospital's intake and follow-up process. For medical visas, we help organize the required documentation — but visa legal representation is outside our scope, and we refer patients to independent immigration counsel for that step.

Referral partners

Where useful, we may refer patients to independent, non-medical service providers — such as immigration attorneys, certified medical translators, or travel agencies — and may receive a referral fee from these providers. This is separate from our patient fees and never involves hospitals, trial sites, or medical institutions, from which we accept no compensation of any kind.
