Beyond Full Case Coordination

Five ways to work with RAINGAIA HEALTH.

Not every situation needs full coordination from day one. These standalone programs let you start with exactly what you need — from a single specialist opinion to an ongoing institutional partnership.

Individual Program

U.S. Specialist Second Opinion

An independent written or video opinion from a U.S. specialist on your existing diagnosis and treatment plan — before committing to a treatment path, without entering full case coordination.

Specialist matching

We match your case to a U.S. specialist with relevant experience in your specific diagnosis — verified credentials, not a generalist queue.

Record review

Your existing records and reports are reviewed and organized so the specialist has what's needed to form a genuine opinion, not a surface-level read.

Written or video opinion

A structured written report, or a live video consultation where you can ask questions directly, depending on the option you choose.

Who it's for: patients who already have a diagnosis and treatment plan at home and want an independent U.S. clinical perspective first. The opinion is yours to use however you choose — with no obligation to continue with RAINGAIA HEALTH afterward.

Individual Program

Medical Record Translation & Organization

Your records, translated and organized into the format U.S. hospitals and trial sites actually require — a fast, self-contained starting point.

Professional medical translation

Your diagnosis, treatment history, imaging reports, and lab results translated with attention to accurate medical terminology.

U.S.-standard organization

Records structured chronologically and by category into the format U.S. institutions expect — reducing back-and-forth during a later application.

A portable case file

You keep a copy of the organized file for a second opinion, a future application, or a local physician who wants an English summary.

Who it's for: patients not yet ready to commit to full coordination, but who want their documentation ready.

Ongoing Program

Case Membership for Long-Term Conditions

For families managing a progressive or rare condition over years, not weeks — continuous coordination for one predictable fee, instead of paying per request.

A standing point of contact

One consistent coordinator who already knows your case history, rather than re-explaining your situation each time something changes.

Ongoing communication

As treatment progresses, we continue relaying updates, questions, and follow-up scheduling with the receiving institution.

Re-evaluation over time

Periodic review of newly available trials or therapies relevant to your case, as options change.

Who it's for: families already in or entering a long-term U.S. treatment relationship, particularly for rare genetic and progressive conditions.

Individual Program

Advanced Diagnostics & Genetic Testing

For cases without a clear diagnosis, we coordinate access to advanced diagnostic and genetic testing programs at U.S. laboratories and institutions — a diagnostic step, not a treatment.

Undiagnosed case review

Our clinical research team reviews your history and existing test results to identify what further diagnostic pathway may help.

Laboratory & program matching

We identify U.S. laboratories and diagnostic programs, including genetic testing panels and undiagnosed-disease programs, relevant to your presentation.

Sample & results coordination

We coordinate sample shipment logistics where applicable, and organize results once returned, alongside your case file.

What this is not: this program coordinates access to testing — it does not interpret results clinically or make a diagnosis. Interpretation and any treatment plan are handled by licensed physicians at the receiving institution.

Institutional Program

Partnerships for Insurers, TPAs & Employers

A single structured partnership that opens U.S. treatment and clinical trial access for an entire member or employee population.

A defined access benefit

A clear, documented patient access pathway your organization can offer as a benefit — second opinions, trial matching, and full case coordination.

Volume-based agreement

Pricing and service levels structured for institutional volume — a single agreement rather than case-by-case negotiation.

Reporting & oversight

Aggregated, privacy-compliant reporting on program usage, so your organization can evaluate the benefit's value over time.

Who it's for: international health insurers and TPAs, multinational employers offering a medical travel benefit, and government or NGO health programs. Individual patient fees may be billed to the institution, the member, or shared, depending on the agreement — fully disclosed in the partnership contract, distinct from our patient-only fee model for direct-to-patient cases.
